Account & data deletion

Delete your account and data.

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it, what gets removed, and how long it takes. It applies to accounts you create in apps and services operated by GrowthNodes ApS.

How to request deletion

Two ways to delete your account.

  1. 01

    Delete from inside the app

    If the GrowthNodes app you use offers in-app deletion, open its settings, find Account, and choose Delete account. This removes your account without needing to reinstall or contact us.

  2. 02

    Or send us a request

    Open the contact form and choose "Account deletion" as the reason. Tell us the app name and the email address or username on the account so we can find and verify it.

  3. 03

    We verify it is your account

    To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we delete it. This stops anyone else from deleting your account on your behalf.

  4. 04

    We confirm when it is done

    We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and email you to confirm once your account and associated personal data have been removed.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Content and entries you created in the app
  • Personal data associated with your account, such as preferences and usage tied to your identity

What may be retained

  • Limited records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention records
  • Data that has been aggregated or anonymized so that it no longer identifies you
  • Copies in routine backups, which are deleted on our normal backup rotation

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Where a specific app collects different data, its store listing and in-app privacy information describe what that app stores. For anything unclear, contact us and we will help. Requests are handled by GrowthNodes ApS (CVR 40196021), Copenhagen, normally within 3 business days.
